We are in our 40's and both my husband and myself would wake up sore and stiff. We had pillow top mattresses that were only 2 years old. We both sleep so much better on this new mattress. I used to wake up thru the night when I turned over or changed sides, because I have a bad neck and shoulders. I would sleep on a sleeping pad most of the night. I do not wake up thru the night now.
