Terrible item and bad seller to go with it., April 27, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Aerobed Raised Full Elevated Designer Inflatable Mattress Airbed The item leaked air after third week of use. Called the seller and ask for a replacement the seller claimed that by law they cannot take the item back and that I needed to contact the manufacture. I called Coleman industries the maker of Aero Bed products and they stated to me that the seller DealYard was not authorized to sell Aero Bed products and that Coleman Insdustries would not replace the item under the one year warranty. The only thing Coleman industries will do is replace the item as a one time courtesy and that if the replacement item becomes defective that I can no longer get additonal warranty help. Do not buy this item from DealYard they are not authorized to sell the item and they are not being truthful about the warranty and also Deal Yard is charging $20-$30 more for the item verse buying it from Coleman Industries directly.

But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of this one. Got a queen for my brother and his wife, but I may have them sleep in my room so I can sleep on this comfortable mattress! Right out of the box, I just plugged it in, turned the dial to inflate, and a minute later it was done. Can adjust for firmness. It comes with a couple patches for future leaks if needed. Warns not to store in extreme temps, so not in a hot attic or cold storage ... or leaks may come I guess. I don't think the built-in pump is much louder than my washer's spin cycle. Well worth the 100 bucks. Wish I got one years ago. Oh, and it came a week sooner than expected. Nice job.

Its comfortable and I haven't had any problems or leaks :)
